My idea:
someone will be giving you an application and test. How you score on the test and answer the application questions depends on if you get on the team or not, and, what kind of broom you get. They will have to Please send me your application and test by privet message. Note: The subject must be “Quidditch Try Outs”, if it isn’t your message will be deleted.
Positions
Refs The Headmisstres, HoH's, Head Boy/Girl, and prefects are the refs! But when you are not being the ref. you can play. There are 4 HoH's, 8 Prefects and 1 Head Boy, 1 Head Girl, one Headmisstres. By rotating the position there is a chance you will get to play. There will be only 2 ref pre game.
Team Slytherin Chaser Chaser Chaser Beater Beater Keeper Seeker
Team Ravenclaw Chaser Chaser Chaser Beater Beater Keeper Seeker
Team Hufflepuff Chaser Chaser Chaser Beater Beater Keeper Seeker
Team Gryffindor Chaser Chaser Chaser Beater Beater Keeper Seeker
Test Grading
50 points or lower- You did not make the team at all 60 points - 69 points - You have a place reserved on the team, but you need to buy your own broom 70 points - 74 points - You're on the team, and have a Shooting Star 75 points - 89 points- You're on the team, and have a Cleansweep 7 80 points - 84 points - You're on the tean, and have a Comet 260 85 points - 89 points - You're on the team, and have a Nimbus 2000 90 points-94 points - You're on the team, and have a Nimbus 2001 95 points or higher- You're on the team and have a Firebolt
how to play
we have 5 rooms
refs room Chasers room Beaters room Keepers room Seekers room
than someone writes 5 #'s on a pice of paper, the players than guess what # is on that paper. The house cloest to that # wins. if 2 houses are verry close than another # will be choesen.

[glow=green,2,300]This is my idea:
The teams will have to meet to play eachother in a chat room. **It will always be on a weekend so it will be easier to get everyone in**. If a member cannot be on on a certain day, they can have a replacement person if they wish.
So here's my idea... the people are in the chat and there is one moderator. The moderator will ask questions and the first goes to the chaser. Whoever wins, out of those 6 chasers will get the ball. Then, the SAME PERSON who gets the ball will have to keep on asking questions to advance. If they want to throw the ball to the person they have to name the person--but also, Now the opposing teams beaters can answer the question. The fastest answer wins the ball.
It goes on like that until there is only one question left.
This is for the seekers and them alone.
Whoever wins, with the added total score, wins.
(Questions will be about the Harry Potter books and the only requirement is that the people playing must own a broomstick!) [/glow]

[glow=green,2,300]These are just ideas.
We can mesh things around... add some stuff, get rid of some stuff.
We just need some ideas of how we can play Quidditch and see which way we like to play it.[/glow]

[glow=blue,2,300]They are both good ideas, but I think Tonks's idea would work better, then again, it wouldn't be fair to people who want to play and don't have AIM. So, I'm kind've on the fence on these two. I don't have any ideas of my own... Not that creative. lol[/glow]

[glow=green,2,300]you could choose a chat room that doesn't require AIM. there are a few that u could probably even put on this site. That's how we did it on another site i was part of. [/glow]

[glow=green,2,300]OoO yeah! I forgot about that!
We can do it on a chat that doesn't require aim so then we aren't forcing other people to get aim!
That's a great idea!
Does anyone know of any chats we can use that don't require aim? I don't know any.[/glow]

[glow=green,2,300]There is a thing that Blondie uses on her board that we used to have. Do you think that would work as a chat?... I think it would be hard though.
I think it would be much easier if everyone just meets up on a regular chat. Or even aim.
Is there anyone here who doesn't have aim? It's very easy to download.[/glow]

[glow=green,2,300]well i dont have aim, but...there is a webiste u can get a free chat room and u can put in onto any webpage, like on geocities or place where u can make webpages. it parachat.com and if u wanted me 2 i could easily set it up for u. But it's up to u. [/glow]

[glow=green,2,300]That would be awesome if you could do that! I just want to make sure that everyone wants to go with my idea. But if you could make that for right now that'd be great! Thanks crazy5015! [/glow]
