Why must an innocent man die?
It makes me shiver and cry
Every time I think
of the way he died.
Why must the innocent man expire
and the culprit is not in fire?
Why should I hurt with pain and sorrow
while the culprit still has tomorrow?
Why did he have to die so young
and to not have any more fun?
His love my sister's friend had carried
and he had to die before they married.
I now pray that he'll be
in Paradise
waiting for me.
